We are able to custom cut to your specification and ship to anywhere in the continental United States. Our facility handles over 100 varieties of fish, ranging from the common flounder, cod, tuna, swordfish, Chilean sea bass, mahi-mahi, to the exotic, opah, hebi, mong chong, bronzini, and triglia. We also supply clams, oysters, mussels and shrimp from all over the world and have a lobster system with a live holding capacity of up to 25,000 lbs.
